H Drive LLC, doing business as The Small Key Protocol (“we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, purchase or use our course and community services, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and other information you choose to provide.
- Purchase information: product purchased, transaction amount, billing status, payment confirmation, refund requests, and related records. Payment-card information is processed by our payment processor and is not stored by us.
- Account and course information: login details, course progress, community activity, support requests, and information you submit through forms, surveys, prompts, or communications.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral source, cookies, pixels, analytics data, and interaction data collected through our websites or advertising campaigns.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to provide and improve the Services; process purchases and refunds; create and manage your account; deliver course access; respond to questions; send service-related messages; prevent fraud; maintain security; analyze performance; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted by law, send marketing or promotional communications.
3. Marketing Communications
You may receive operational messages relating to your purchase, account, access, support, billing, or material course updates. Where required by law, we will obtain consent before sending promotional emails or messages. You may opt out of promotional email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us at [email protected]. Opting out of promotions does not stop essential account, purchase, billing, or service messages.
4. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate our sites, remember preferences, measure traffic, understand campaign performance, and support advertising. These technologies may collect device identifiers, browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken on our sites.
You can control some cookies through your browser settings. Where required, we will provide a consent mechanism for non-essential cookies. Blocking cookies may affect some site features.
5. How We Share Information
We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Services, including payment processing, hosting, CRM and email delivery, course or community hosting, analytics, communications, advertising, and customer support.
- Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, insurers, or auditors when needed for legitimate business purposes.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or respond to a valid legal request.
- A business successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, some privacy laws may define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Where applicable, you may have rights to opt out of those activities.
6. Payment Information
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, such as Stripe and its available payment methods. We receive limited transaction information needed to confirm payment, deliver the course, provide support, and handle refunds. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and legal requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. You should use a strong password, keep your login credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to object to or limit certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to opt out of targeted advertising or certain data sharing. To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. International Users
We may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from yours. When required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at [email protected] so we can take appropriate steps.
12. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools, platforms, or offers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of every third-party service you use.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Policy is posted is subject to the revised Policy to the extent permitted by law.
